Clay Aiken may have had to settle for second in the "American Idol" showdown but his CD will be making it to store shelves first. Aiken's disc will hit stores on October 14.

"Idol" winner Ruben Studdard's album won't go on sale until November 11.

Studdard said while Aiken's disc is already done, his was delayed by the many media appearances he had to make as the "American Idol."
