Actor Ashton Kutcher's reported outbursts are threatening to end his romance with Demi Moore, because he's piling pressure on the actress to marry him soon.

According to Britain's Daily Star tabloid, the Just Married star is desperate to wed Moore in a bid to keep his acting ambitions alive, having accepted his high-profile relationship with the actress is partly responsible for his rise in status.

But a series of nasty rows and Kutcher's jealousy towards Moore's platonic relationship with her ex-husband Bruce Willis - father to the star's three children - have caused friction in the romance, and the Charlie's Angels babe is reportedly rejecting his proposal to get married this Christmas.

An insider tells the newspaper, "Demi and Ashton have had quite a few rows lately, so Ashton told Demi they needed to pull the wedding forward.

"Everything was moving towards the Valentine's Day bash but he started to get panicky when things began falling apart. He lost out on a plum part recently and if you were being cynical, the fact that Demi gives him most of his pulling power could well be a factor in his desperation to get her down the aisle.

"Demi's not impressed by his ultimatum though. Christmas is about making her daughters happy and she has no intention of hijacking things with a star-studded wedding.

"She doesn't doubt he loves her but this has made her hesitant about rushing into marriage."
